Today, Benoit is engaged in viticulture on these 4 hectares and produces from 25 to 35,000 bottles. Passionate about the process of making wines, his 9 cuvees - soon to be 11 - are high fashion. The winemaker does not go for simplicity, all of his wines are real pieces of jewelry.

The thing is, for Benoit, there is so much variety from one subject to another, and when it comes to blending, it would be a shame to miss this panel of fragrances and all those typical traits. The winemaker is very attached to the concept of terroir and creates haute couture wines that are the quintessence of their terroir.
The variety of grapes (all seven authorised are being used), the ability to listen to their terroir, understand and adapt to the vineyards allows Benoit to compose - partially wooden - harmonious and varied cuvees. The art lies in developing a wide range of champagnes with real personality; excellent champagne for gastronomes and epicureans!
