CHAMPAGNE FOR CONNOISSEURS WHO
ARE READY TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL

WE REPRESENT SMALL NICHE CHAMPAGNE HOUSES WITH "BURGUNDIAN"
TERROIR-BASED APPROACH AND UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY

IN THE LANGUAGE OF WINEMAKERS, CUVEE IS THE FIRST EXTRACTION JUICE

When ripe berries are thrown under the press, the first portion of the juice, known as ‘must’, is called ‘Cuvée.’ This is just over 50% of the original raw material (according to the “canons”, 2050 litters of cuvée should be obtained from 4000 kg of grapes).

Champagne Cuvée is most often a prestigious and expensive sparkling wine, aged for many years, using grapes from the best regions of Champagne.

Our champagne houses have absorbed all the richness and history of this land and will conquer your heart, just like they have conquered ours.

WHERE THERE IS NO WINE THERE IS NO LOVE
Irina Gridina WA
Project Director
WSET Diploma, first Ukrainian professional to be awarded with the prestigious WienAkademiker title, wine show organizer
We love life. Good wine. Delicious food. Interesting journeys. We love to make everything around us beautiful. That's why we appreciate the best restaurants and go to the most interesting eno-gastronomic spots. Joining artistic passion with aesthetic endeavor is a ‘labour of love’. We have found the best of human creativity in our search for perfect wines. We always strive for this ideal in the wines we recommend.
Mission of the project —
To develop a culture of consumption of "niche" champagne and wine houses in the world. Wineries, that will never be (and don't aim to be) successful in mass market, but are highly valued by professionals and "advanced" consumers who are looking for new tastes.

HOW WE SELECT PRODUCERS IN CHAMPAGNE

1
WE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE REGION
In order to keep abreast of the latest information and trends in the region, we visit Champagne several times per year, meeting face-to-face with all our producers.
2
WE STAND OF THE SHOULDERS OF WINE GIANTS
We never stop in professional development and actively use ratings and books by recognized "champagne experts" -
Michael Edwards, Tyson Stelzer, Peter Liem, Richard Juhlin. And yes, we look up to Jancis Robinson, Antonio Galloni and Dr. Jamie Goode- because they are indisputable authorities. And they have good taste.
3
WE ARE CONSTANTLY IN TOUCH WITH TOP CHAMPAGNE PRODUCERS
First, it is an opportunity to get insider information long before the rest of the market, and second, personal touch and reputation are the key to success in a region such conservative as Champagne.

Champagne rises to record high

The key trends of last year were the further broadening of the secondary market and surging prices – especially for Champagne and Burgundy.

The Champagne 50 sub-index finished the year (Jan-Dec 2021) up 40.0% and at a record high level. The next best-performing sub-index was the Burgundy 150 (28.6%).
