The family grows 18 hectares of vineyards in these outstanding hills.

Mr. François Legrás started working in the vineyard at the age of 13. Now his sons - Remy, Olivier and Jerome, who are involved in the process of creating not just first-class wines, but the living soul of champagne, have joined the production. Respect for vines and terroir is at the heart of Legras Haas' philosophy. In addition, the entire process of winemaking takes place under the close supervision of a family of professionals. The grapes are fermented separately depending on variety and site in small steel vats.

The aim of the House, of course, remains the same. Creation of great blanc de blanc from terroir, which produces wines of exceptional quality through traditional methods of work. “We try to avoid actions that can change the berries and attach great importance to the development potential of our wines,” emphasizes Remy, “trying to always be one step ahead and create wines that will live for decades.”
A combination of high quality grapes, years of experience and a unique terroir come together to present the Champagne of geniuses to the world. “Our style is the result of a combination of thousands of little things and subtleties that belong only to us. We perpetuate subtle gestures and pay special attention to details. This is what Legras Haas is all about,” Remy explains.
